About DARREN

Darren joined Future Planet Capital in January 2023 as Head of Finance & Operations. He is a qualified accountant with experience in a wide variety of Finance positions and managing operational activities.

In his role, Darren is responsible for the finance, compliance, technology, legal, HR, and operations aspects of the company. This includes producing enhanced financial output, and engaging with the Management Team to facilitate optimal decision-making, and collaborating with outsourcing partners on technology, HR and compliance

He possesses a track record of identifying and implementing small and large-scale process improvements whilst delivering improved efficiency and control. With 13 and a half years at Commerzbank, Darren has gained a strong knowledge of Finance processes, technical accounting & financial products, with international experience covering multi-jurisdiction regulatory environments and managing multi-cultural teams.
