About Rebecca

Rebecca brings over 15-years of experience as a regulatory compliance professional. She specialises in advising on financial crime prevention measures, business integrity, due diligence, investment due diligence, ongoing portfolio monitoring, corporate governance and risk management.

Rebecca has assisted firms from all different stages of the regulatory journey and has experience with making new applications for authorisation, varying existing permissions and applying for cessations for those firms exiting the market.

Starting her career as a regulatory compliance consultant, Rebecca has a high level of experience in working with impact funds, private equity, venture capital and corporate financiers in the UK and overseas. She has worked with Future Planet Capital as an advisor since 2016 and is now Compliance Officer, Money Laundering Reporting officer, Non-Executive Director and Group Diversity Equality and Inclusion lead.  

Rebecca is passionate about impact and making positive change and is excited by the role that regulation plays in this process. Her career has involved providing training and support to financial services firms as well as working with firms to initiate and implement steering groups and committees to facilitate regulatory changes and specific projects.
